Jessica’s Story
In 2005, Jessica was offered a role at a title insurance company with zero industry experience — just bilingual fluency in Spanish and English and a financial background. Over the next several years she built her skills across different title companies and attorney offices, founding Your Title Connection in 2012 and expanding it into Puerto Rico in 2025.
Along the way, she discovered her second act: teaching. After watching newly licensed agents struggle with the real-world side of the business, she built workshops, classes, and mentorship programs around the transactions licensing school doesn’t prepare you for — a commitment to education that culminated in 2026, when Vision International University awarded her an honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters in Business.
